Bye Bye Roma Pantheon Suite Bed and Breakfast does not offer a concierge service 24 hours a day , so please arrange in advance your trip: to communicate the arrival time is useful to welcome you in the best way.

Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations must be received via e-mail info@bbromabb.it or by phone +39 3884624506. You can cancel the booking without penalty (deposit loss) within 10 days before the date of arrival. In case of cancellation, waiver communicated later then 10 days from the arrival date or in the no-show case, the full rate will be charged.

Payment information
Credit card is only required to guarantee the payment of the balance. The total amount of the reservation is required upon arrival (check in). Payment may be made in cash or by credit card (Visa , Master Card , CartaSi, ATM, KeyClient) .

Check-In
Please note that it is very important for us to know your arrival time, as we are not always present in the structure.

*Also, check in without penalty is from 10am to 18. After this time it is still possible , subject to approval of the request , to check- in with an extra cost of 10€ for each hour of delay up to a maximum of €50.
